Refund policy
Standard Return or Exchange
You have 30 days after purchase to initiate return of your product in the same condition you received it. (If you e-mail me on day 30 after purchase, this counts as 'initiating' the return. Return requests 31 days or more may not be accepted.)
You may return your item in this window for any reason (as long as it is unused and in the same condition you received it). Example reasons: Bought the wrong size, don't like it anymore, color not as expected, bought by mistake.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. (I recommend using a card envelope with a stamp.) If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, see the Damages and Issues policy below. You may not need to initiate a return.
To start a return, you can contact me at compositionkat@gmail.com. With your order number and list the item(s) you would like to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in it's original packaging (or in an equivalent protective card or sleeve for shipping). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (you can use your order number).
For an exchange, please include the item(s) you would like to exchange for in the return request e-mail. I'm happy to exchange for any other designs of the same size or for multiple item(s) anything of equivalent value.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once I receive your return, I will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
In the case of damage or an incorrect item, send me a photo of the issue at compositionkat@gmail.com along with your order number or proof of purchase.
I will send you a confirmation e-mail with the status of your request. If your issue is accepted, you do not need to return your items. I will send you a new item at no cost, or in the case of a mix-up the correct item. If your issue is not accepted, you may still utilize the 30 day standard return and exchange policy.
The following does not qualify as defective or damaged for this policy:
- Slight color variation - digital screens and cameras have varying ways of displaying color and I cannot guarantee that the color at the time you view it on the website will exactly match the sticker. I do my best to make sure the colors you see are as accurate as possible.
- Minor scuff or scratch marks - small marks less than 1 cm that are only visible at specific angles do not qualify as a defect for this policy.
However, these all qualify under the 30 day return policy above.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used stickers.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
